The 8' wide flatbed trailers are heavy duty tandem axle trailers with a gvwr of 10,000#. The plans for these trailers come with complete step by step building instructions and materials list.

We have also included a few things in our flatbed trailer plans that you won't find else where. We have included instructions for building the trailers with a wood deck of a metal deck so you can choose what best suits your needs.

 

We have also included the instructions for building the trailers with or without a dovetail. Last but not least, we have included a free file with easy to follow instructions on installing the electric brakes.

 

The Flatbed Trailers are heavy duty tandem axle trailers with a gvwr of 10,000# for heavy loads. If you dont need that heavy of a trailer, then you may want to look at our utility trailer plans. These trailers are what we call our 8' wide trailers, which means the overall width is right at 8' wide and the actual deck width is 86" wide.

 

We have plans for three sizes of flatbed trailers, 8'x20', 8'x18' and 8'x16'.  Our plans cover everything, start to finish. We even included a wiring diagram. Our flatbed plans contain around 45 pages of information to eliminate any guess work. The plans show you how to build the trailer with or without a dovetail. The 4' ramp gate plans are also included.
